When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and your trip details (destinations, dates, travellers, budget). If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we receive the information you choose to share, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and manage bookings you ask us to make. With your consent, we may occasionally send you offers we think you'll like — you can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe”.
Sharing your information
To make a booking we share the necessary details (e.g. passenger names) with the relevant airlines, hotels and suppliers. We never sell your personal information. Website enquiry emails are delivered via FormSubmit, a form-relay service, to our mailbox.
Data retention & your rights
We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — email lukmaan@greyfalcontravels.comand we will respond within one month.
