How does booking with you actually work?

Tell us your trip — through the site, WhatsApp or a call. A travel expert checks trade fares and negotiated hotel rates, then sends you a written quote, usually within the hour. Nothing is booked and no payment is taken until you say yes to that quote.

Why don't you show prices on the website?

Because travel prices genuinely change by the hour, and we'd rather quote you today's real price than advertise yesterday's. Every quote is personal to your dates, party size and preferences — and confirmed in writing before you commit.

How do I pay?

Once you accept your quote, we confirm payment options with you directly — typically bank transfer or a secure payment link. No card details are ever taken through this website.

Can you really beat online prices?

Very often, yes — we use trade and consolidator fares plus negotiated hotel rates that comparison sites don't show. Found something cheaper? Send us the screenshot and we'll tell you honestly whether we can beat it.

What about changes or cancellations?

Change and cancellation terms depend on the fare and hotel rate you choose — we set them out clearly in your quote before you book, so there are no surprises. If plans change mid-trip, message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle the rebooking.

Do you arrange Umrah visas?

We provide full guidance on the Umrah visa process alongside your hotel and flight package, and keep you updated as Saudi requirements change. See our Umrah page for details.

Can you handle group bookings?

Yes — families, group Umrah trips, corporate offsites and events. We block-book flights and rooms and manage changes as your group list evolves, all in one WhatsApp group if you like.

Who am I actually booking with?

Grey Falcon Travels Limited, a UK-registered company (no. 12897001) based in Leicester. Flights and hotels are provided by the airlines and hotels named in your quote, under their conditions, which we always share with you.
